West Side Fest 2024

Opened in January of 2023, The West Village Rehearsal Co-Op was created in partnership with Community Board #2, IndieSpace, HERE Arts Center, New Ohio Theatre, and Rattlestick Theater. The companies signed a 99-year lease on the space, which is located on Gansevoort Street. The mission of the West Village Rehearsal Co-Op is to provide affordable, high-quality rehearsal space to indie artists and CB2 theaters. For six months out of the year, the space is available to artists working with HERE, New Ohio, and Rattlestick. For the remainder of the year, the space is available at a subsidized rate of max $10 per hour for IndieSpace artists.
