West Side Cultural Network adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information that we collect from you, and information you provide to us, is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to any and all information that you provide to us in connection with your access to and/or use of our website, westsidefest.nyc (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy also describes the types of information we collect from you through the Website, how we use and process that information, and our legal basis for doing so. It also covers whether and how that information may be shared and your rights and choices regarding the information you provide to us. All information, including Personal Information, collected by us is stored on servers and systems located in the United States, which servers are licensed, owned, and/or maintained by West Side Cultural Network and its Members.
